At TalentCRAFT, we focus on creating a well-crafted resume/CV that showcases your skills, qualifications, and achievements. The challenge of designing a ‘spot-on’ CV is directly proportional to the years of experience + the diversity of roles and sectors one has worked in.
Our pricing is reflective of the amount of time we spend in understanding, reviewing and creating a plan to best represent you in a one-page/ two-page CV while being careful not to miss out any information.
We know that each individual has a distinct set of talents and aspirations, and we strive to create a CV that not only meets your needs but also helps you to put your best foot forward.
BRIEF NOTE ON THE CV PROCESS
CV/Resume
- We email you a questionnaire seeking your responses, to capture information on your profile, achievements, and your job search requirement. If you have an existing CV, we would like to see that too.
- The first draft of your CV is sent to you within three working days of receiving your answers to the questionnaire.
- We make revisions based on your feedback on the first draft. For any additional or specific queries and information, we are happy to communicate via a phone call or on emails. We prefer an email communication to avoid missing out on any relevant inputs from your end.
- The final document is a clear, concise, easy to read CV, created in both Pdf and Word format. This allows you to make changes at your end in future. We email you the final CV within three days from the last discussion of the 1st draft.
Cover Letter
Your cover letter is a customized letter to match the specific requirements of the role that you are applying for. It is drafted to give the employer a glimpse into you as a candidate and know your core skills and values. It showcases your personality, and elaborates why you are the best fit for the advertised role.
At TalentCRAFT, we endeavour to make your cover letter an extension of your CV, to present a holistic case to the employer. To do this, we highlight any achievements you may have and identify the core skills that support your candidature. We hope to weave a story that makes you stand out among the crowd of applicants. This being your very first opportunity to showcase your candidature, we make a conscious effort to help create a positive image in the mind of the employer/recruiter.
Interview Coaching
All clients who take the interview coaching service are provided with an interview guide and a list of sample questions (designed for the specific sector/ role) before the simulated interview is conducted. Clients who opt for interview coaching service will get a 40 minutes session over teams/ phone call. You will be also provided with written feedback thereafter.
